These Terms of Service govern use of the Hongguan website and the way we handle product information, quotations, and inquiries. They apply to Shandong Hongguan New Material Co., Ltd.
A purchase of goods is governed by the written quotation, proforma invoice, or sales contract we issue — not by this webpage alone. If those documents conflict with this page, the signed commercial documents prevail.
The website
Content on this site — product names, photographs, typical specifications, application notes, and case studies — is provided for general information. Materials are specified to order. Dimensions, GSM, mesh, colour, packing, and test data must be confirmed in writing for each shipment.
We may update or withdraw pages without notice. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Quotations and orders
- A quotation is an invitation to do business, not a binding offer, until we confirm it in writing.
- Prices, lead times, Incoterms, and payment terms are those stated on the quotation or contract.
- You are responsible for import licences, duties, and destination regulations in your market.
- Custom sizes, private-label packing, and special resins or additives may require MOQ and tooling agreement.
Intellectual property
The Hongguan name, layout, photographs, and copy on this website are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy the site for a competing catalogue or scrape product data for republication without written consent. Product designs and tooling remain our property unless a contract says otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, submit unlawful content, or use automated tools to harvest contact details. We may ignore or block abusive inquiries.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on unpublished specifications. Liability for delivered goods is limited as set out in the applicable sales contract and mandatory law.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes relating to website use shall be submitted to the competent courts at our place of establishment, unless a sales contract names another forum.
